A manufacturer turning what nature discards into products that return to nature.
Biogranul transforms natural waste — from hazelnut shells to corn cobs — into single-use products with no chemical additives and fully domestic technology.
We didn't adapt an imported system — we built the method from scratch.
Türkiye is the world's largest hazelnut producer; every year hundreds of thousands of tonnes of shells are burned or discarded. Biogranul looked at this waste differently: could products that return to nature be made from nature's own material?
We found the answer not by importing a ready-made machine but by experimenting on the factory floor with our own engineering team. Step by step we developed a production line that cleans, grinds and moulds the waste without any binding additives.
Today our facility in Dilovası produces at a capacity of 200–250 tonnes per month, exporting to Japan, France and the United Kingdom.

Domestic technology, scalable production
The line we developed works flexibly with different raw materials; we can scale capacity with demand.

Producing without a debt to nature
Zero chemicals
We work with the material's own structure; no binders, dyes or additives.
Domestic engineering
We developed our machines and process ourselves; the know-how and jobs stay in Türkiye.
Circular production
Our products return to the soil after use — leaving nutrients, not waste.
