From raw material collection to final inspection, the whole process runs on machines we developed ourselves, without chemical additives.
Collection
Natural waste such as hazelnut, almond and walnut shells, apricot and olive stones, corn cobs and wood dust is collected from producers.
Cleaning & Drying
The waste is cleaned without chemicals in our facility built with domestic technology, and its moisture is brought to the level required for production.
Grinding & Granule
With machines we developed ourselves, the material is processed into powder and then into composite granule.
Moulding & Inspection
The granule is moulded without binding additives; every batch is checked for food-contact compliance before shipment.
What comes from nature returns to nature

Everything nature discards is our raw material
Any natural waste that can become granule can enter our production. Raw material diversity is the biggest advantage of the flexible line we developed — unlike imported systems.
