2. Personal Data We Process

• Contact form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and message content.
• Newsletter subscription: email address.
• Site usage: IP address, browser and device information, date/time of access, pages visited (technical logs kept by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your information, sample and quotation requests; evaluating partnership and distribution enquiries.
• Sending newsletters and product announcements where you have requested them.
• Ensuring the security, stability and performance of the website.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (c), compliance with our legal obligations (ç) and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Newsletter mailings rely solely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, to the extent required for the service and within the framework of KVKK Arts. 8–9, to our service providers such as our website hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) and corporate email provider (Microsoft Corporation). International transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by the Turkish Data Protection Authority. Where legally required, data may be shared with competent public authorities. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by applicable law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your email address is removed from the list.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7,
• To request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third-party recipients,
• To object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to info@biogranul.com or in writing to Köseler Mah. 24. Sk. No:1, Dilovası / Kocaeli, Türkiye. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the process incurs additional costs, the fee set by the Authority may apply.
